They also develop best practice HR policies and procedures to ensure the Bank continues to be a leading-edge employer. Furthermore, they partner with Business Units on strategic projects to further improve our business performance.
  • Learning & Development supports the Bank in achieving its business objectives by ensuring employees have the right knowledge, behaviours and skills necessary to perform to the best of their ability and deliver the required business results. They are also responsible for working closely with business leaders on the type of environment and culture that is required to deliver business results. This involves facilitating people’s development in the leadership and management arena as well as other professional and product knowledge and skills.
