The internship programme
We hire between 20 and 40 interns every year, mainly applicants who are intending to join our Graduate Programme the following year.
Because of the comparatively small size of our company, and the nature of the investment banking business, the number and type of internship positions we offer will vary depending on our requirements at the time.
This is exciting because it means when you join WestLB, it is to answer a genuine business need. As a result, you will become an integral part of the team straight away and will become quickly involved in real work with real responsibilities.
Internships are offered in a variety of business areas. On your application form, you can select your preferred business area, but we may also contact you about other opportunities which we feel may match your skills.
